St Ignatius Church is one big giant church on Stafford street with beautiful high ceilings and plenty of seating. It’s a Roman Catholic church and I recently just photographed Roman and Amanda’s wedding here.
It was a gorgeous ceremony and wasn’t too dark at all for our cameras. The officiant was really nice and we had plenty of angles to cover their wedding with no issues at all. Just an overall great venue for a Roman Catholic Wedding. There isn’t too many photo opportunities outside the church because it’s located in a residential neighbourhood surrounded by houses but only being a five minitue drive to downtown I had no issues getting our bride and groom the pictures they were looking for.
Parking can be tricky here if you have a lot of guests because it’s mostly residential street parking so telling people to get there just a little earlier is a good idea. Another thing to consider is traffic because if you’re having an afternoon ceremony getting there on time can be an issue if you don’t leave early enough.
