February Winnipeg Wedding – Location: Fort Garry Hotel

When I met Heather and Andy it was an instant breath of fresh air. They pulled up on their bicycles at the coffee shop we were supposed to meet at and waited for me as I went to the wrong Starbucks haha. Once I got there we had a lovely little talk about their wedding and off they went on their bikes.

These two I thought are obviously very laid back and really easy going. Heather is a free spirited girl with charisma for days. Andy is the warm, quite, and gentle anchor to Heather. Together they make for a very sweet couple.

This February Winnipeg wedding ceremony and reception took place at the iconic Fort Garry Hotel. Although it was just one wedding you’ll notice two brides in the photo gallery at the end of the night. The funny story here is that a friend of theirs also got married on the same day just across the hall. Naturally they decided to combine the parties at some point in the night and ended up on each others dance floors. Which of course is an awesome idea.

Heather is one of those people that you instantly fall in love with. High spirited and will befriend just about anyone. I mean look at her taking swigs of fireballs from the bottle. That should say it all!

If not there isn’t many brides that will lace up skates and go flying down the river on their cold February wedding day. Andy wasn’t really for it but anything for his bride to be haha

There were so many beautiful moments captured. It was a real treat for this to be my first wedding of the year. Enjoy!
