Indian Prewedding of Sumeet & Serena

What a beautiful treat it was to photograph this wedding. It was full of so many emotions and moments which is my favourite thing about weddings. No matter what the couple has planned with the wedding, if there’s love, passion and excitement it will be a great event. Like most couples, they opted to have a simple ceremony this year with the option to have a reception next year. With that said I ended up with nearly 18,000 photographs from this wedding to go through. With a reception, I’d assume to be at around 25,000 because of the number of moments there were to photograph with this group.

Furthermore, there are 3 blog posts on this wedding because of how many photos and moments there were. Some of those moments were tears during the ceremony day throughout from both Sumeet and Serena for different reasons. Sumeet was missing his father who had passed away and Serena during the Doli just couldn’t hold it in anymore. She’s a tough bride but it was either her grandfather or father that broke the flood gates.

There was also a lot of dancing and singing throughout the wedding and Sumeet’s side of the family are a very passionate bunch. The amount of love and emotion they have for one another just poured through and they danced hard at every chance they got. This Indian Prewedding coverage includes the maiyan, jaggo and mendhi and the ceremony will be part 2 with the doli and portraits being part 3.

A huge shout out to Lucky Chahal and David Greisman for shooting with me and capturing such beautiful moments.

Enjoy!
