This maternity shoot was shot in St Vital Park in Winnipeg and at the studio for two different looks. Rob and Priya are absolutely ecstatic to meet their new baby in December. The gender will be a surprise until they meet him or her the day of. Isn’t that exciting?
We printed off some huge prints for their wall collection and I look forward to seeing this maternity session on the wall of their beautiful home.
This year is obviously a difficult and uncertain year with Covid and a little more real for Rob and Priya since Rob is a physician at St Boniface Hospital. However, with everything that’s happening in the world you can see how proud and excited these two are to add their 2nd addition to their family. Because Hiro their cute little dog was their first addition and I’ve never met a cuter dog then him. He so soft and absolutely loves to cuddle and lick any chance he gets.
Maternity Session Winnipeg
I’m transitioning more into maternity, portrait, family, and pet photography from weddings which took a huge hit this year. A new studio in the coming future is also in the works as this part of the business expands which I can’t wait to share with you. With that said there are some great deals happening for family and portrait photography. Such as discounted shooting fees and an extra location for no additional fee.
In Winter mostly all maternity shoots will be indoors in a nice large warm studio. Because of Covid, the large space will be perfect to shoot in. Because I normally shoot from at least 10-15 feet away so there’s no need to worry about being indoors.
Maternity shoots are a great way to celebrate this period in your life because your life will be forever changed. For instance, Rob and Priya will have always known themselves as just two people since they’ve known each other. Therefore, these photographs will be their last professional portraits of just the two of them.
