This was a huge Singh Sabha Gurdwara wedding. With a couple hundred people inside the packed Sturgeon Gurdwara, Varinder and Navi seem like they knew everybody. The reception was rocking with nearly 700 guests and you can check that out here.
Before the ceremony Varinder had a huge Baraat ( procession ) outside Singh Sabha Gurdwara. He pulled up on the back of a beautiful new Mercedes with his bridal party leading the way.
After that the Milni ceremony began and there were some laughs exchanged between families. Some of the family members tried picking up the others in a show of strength. One gentlemen was a tall and on the heavier side, he just stood proudly egging the other to even try to lift him. You can see him below trying to give it a go.

Once the Milni was over, they headed into Singh Sabha Gurdwara to start the wedding ceremonies.
A photograph that Navi really wanted was the first time Varinder see’s her at the wedding. This is a photograph that all brides want and the result is a sweet moment in the below photo.
This wedding at Singh Sabha Gurdwara was completely packed with guests all the way into the hallway to support Navi and Varinder. It was a hot day and they had all the fans running to keep it cool in there.
This wedding couldn’t have been as beautiful without the help of some key people. Events by Emma did another amazing job with the reception and AK productions did an outstanding job with the lighting and sound. Special shout out to Dj Super Singh for the awesome music. My second photographer Lucky, you’re awesome bro. Thank you for all the weddings you shoot with me! I know the list goes on with their outfits, hair, and makeup etc. They will all be tagged down below because there’s too many to mention.

Weddings don’t get much bigger than this in Winnipeg. I know I photographed one that had just over a thousand people in the same location but the vibe was the same. Epic insanity on the dance floor. They had parent dance-offs, the bride and groom dance-offs to who can do the Dougie dance better. It was so much fun!
I actually stayed to the very end of this wedding. I got some great moments of them leaving and ending the night at the hotel absolutely exhausted! It was a great ending to their wedding story because it was a crazy long week for them.
Enjoy their ceremony highlights!
