Lucky + Sunny

This was a super fun day with these two. Lucky and Sunny booked me while I was over in Germany last year, so when they showed up to pick me up for this shoot it was the first time we saw each other in the flesh. We actually were planning on doing their engagement shoot in Switzerland while I was in Germany but our schedules didn’t mesh.

So I was obviously a bit disappointed because Switzerland sounds amazing for a photo shoot. However, these photos turned out amazing and I couldn’t be happier finally making a trip up to Hecla. It’s a beautiful place and I would love to go back to explore more.

There are lots of trails and a lighthouse that we didn’t get a chance to see. You’d need a whole day to walk around and explore. I was surprised that there weren’t many people there, in fact, we were the only ones watching the sunset on the beach, it was perfect.

While we were shooting there was a big event going on that Canada was focused on. The Raptors beat the Warriors in game 6 for the championship this evening. Lucky being a huge fan made a big sacrifice to shoot on this day so Sunny and I definitely thank him for that. We were happy they got the win and that we got these amazing shots, so it was a perfect day.
